    Dr. Anthony P. Laudano practices Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in three offices located in West Springfield, Springfield and Westfield. Dr. Laudano graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry minor. He completed his dental education at Uconn in 2002. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at the Hospital of St. Raphael in New Haven CT in 2006. Dr. Laudano was born and raised in New Haven CT. Dr. Laudano is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Valley District Dental Society and American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.     Dr. Christopher R. DeSesa is a Harvard and Yale-trained, double board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He was born and raised in Manchester, Connecticut, and graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. He then received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from Harvard University in 2011, where he graduated with honors in oral and maxillofacial surgery. After graduating from Harvard, he was selected into the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program at Yale University, where he completed his surgical residency training in 2015 and served as chief resident at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Dr. DeSesa is well-known for his compassionate approach to patient care as well as his meticulous attention to detail. His Ivy League education provided him with exceptional training in the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with an emphasis on complex tooth extractions, removal of third molars, exposure of impacted teeth, bone graft reconstruction, dental implant surgery, oral pathology, facial trauma repair, general anesthesia, facial cosmetic procedures, and the management of myofascial pain syndrome and TMJ disorders. He also has particular expertise in reconstructive jaw surgery for the treatment of facial deformities with the use of advanced three-dimensional technology. Dr. DeSesa has lectured at both local and national conferences, including the Craniofacial Conference at Yale-New Haven Hospital, the Annual Meeting of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Annual Scientific Conference of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Additionally, Dr. DeSesa is a guest speaker at the New York University College of Dentistry, and has lectured locally at the Hampshire Dental Society. Dr. DeSesa also serves as a faculty member at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, and has mentored students from New York University and the University of Connecticut. Dr. DeSesa is not only a surgeon, but an accomplished author, having published over a dozen articles, including chapters in the surgical textbook, Aesthetic Orthognathic Surgery and Rhinoplasty, as well as numerous peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the Journal of Craniofacial Surgery, the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal, the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Global-Open Journal, the Toxicological Sciences Journal, and the Journal of Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, and Oral Radiology. Dr. DeSesa was awarded a research grant at Harvard in 2008 for his study of bone regeneration using fibroblast growth factors and osteoprogenitor stem cells. Additionally, Dr. DeSesa’s research in the field of orthognathic reconstructive surgery earned him the Dr. John P. W. Kelly Research Award at Yale in 2014. In 2021, Dr. DeSesa was recognized and voted by his peers, at the Massachusetts Dental Society, as one of the top ten young dentists in the state to have made significant contributions to the profession, earning him the esteemed 10 Under Ten award. Dr. DeSesa is board-certified by both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as well as the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, making him uniquely qualified to provide care at the highest level. In addition, Dr. DeSesa is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Committed to ensuring the utmost safety in patient care, Dr. DeSesa maintains certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Basic Life Support.   • Robert J. Weinstock

    DDS

    Dr. Weinstock is originally from Brooklyn New York. He obtained his doctorate in dentistry at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He subsequently completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Woodhull Medical Center in affiliation with New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Weinstock is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellow of the American Associations of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Prior to joining McNally Brothers, Dr. Weinstock was in private practice and academics, serving as an attending surgeon at the Yale and UConn Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery programs. Dr. Weinstock has published numerous book chapters and peer reviewed articles. He maintains academic appointment as an Assistant Clinical Professor at UConn where he teaches dental students and residents. Dr. Weinstock practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with a focus on the treatment of impacted teeth, placement of dental implants, bone grafting procedures, biopsies, reconstructive jaw surgery and minimally invasive TMJ surgery.   • Anju J. Nellissery

    DMD, MD

    Dr. Anju Nellissery grew up in Simsbury, CT and completed her undergraduate training at the University of Connecticut where she received her B.S. in Molecular and Cell Biology. She went on to receive her D.M.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, Dr. Nellissery completed an integrated six-year Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at New York City Health and Hospitals/Kings County. During this training, she completed medical school and earned her M.D. from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. During her surgical residency she received extensive training in the management of impacted teeth, placement of dental implants, corrective jaw surgery, maxillofacial trauma, and pathology. She also received advanced training in general anesthesia and IV sedation. As part of her residency, she completed one year of training in general surgery, during which she was awarded the SUNY Downstate Chief Residents’ award for her commitment to patient care. In her final year of training she served as chief resident in the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Nellissery is committed to delivering compassionate and exceptional quality care to every patient. She is excited to be returning to New England and thrilled to join the team at McNally Brothers.

  • Erik Sayles

    DMD, MD

    Dr. Erik Sayles is originally from Northern New Jersey, where he received his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude in Biology from Montclair State University. Dr. Sayles was accepted into dental school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where he graduated with honors at the top of his class. Following dental school, he was accepted into the Drexel University Oral and Maxillofacial surgery residency program at Hahnemann Medical Center, and Saint Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. This program is a six-year, integrated dual degree program. During this time, he was admitted with advanced standing to the Drexel University College of Medicine, where he received his medical degree. During his residency, Dr. Sayles completed two years of general surgery, including rotations in vascular, transplant and plastic surgery. In addition, he completed several months in the surgical/trauma Intensive Care Unit. He served as Chief Resident of Oral and Maxillofacial during his last year of training at Hahnemann Medical Center and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. Dr. Sayles clinical interests include dentoalveolar surgery, maxillofacial trauma, office based general anesthesia and dental implant surgery. He was also a silver medalist in the 1995 Junior Olympics.
